You may not have the opportunity to know a Smoking-stopper partner chemist close to your home to receive deliveries in his/her dispensary and to benefit from your personal track-record analysis after your week of analysis. Your device was then delivered at your residence, but Smoking-Stopper grants you access to Tobaccoach, its tobacco expert hotline. A tobacco expert will be able to give you a track-record after your analysis period, and will also be able, if you want to, to guide you through your journey to weaning. (service not included in the purchase of a Smoking-Stopper device)

How does it work ?

When ordering, choose between a delivery at a Smoking-Stopper partner chemist’s or at your residence. In case of a home delivery. You’ll see on step 3 of the ordering process, a box to tick which reads as follows “Do you wish to benefit from a health professional’s expertise and advice ?”. You have to tick this box so as to be registered with our partners and to benefit from an advisory session. Once your order delivered, you will have to install the Smoking-Stopper app on your smartphone, adjust the settings following the indications on your screen. Then you will have to go to the app’s menu, submenu “My profile”, then to “Contact health Prof.”. In this section click on “Send the email to Tobacoach”. A tobacco expert will answer your email. You will then be able to make a telephone appointment to receive your global assessment. This appointment will have to be made from the day after the end of your analysis period (one week after the beginning of your plan) and nearest to it. It is important to make sure that you be available for the interview at the agreed time. Otherwise if you cannot be reached when the professional calls you, you will lose the benefits of this interview and the competent advice of the health professional
